Peter Marshall - President Peter is an experienced sales and marketing expert with a background of building partnerships, creating customer, company and product solutions within the pharmaceutical industry. He has in depth knowledge and experience in product launches, marketing programs, retail and hospital pharmacy landscape, supply chain solutions. Peter has an extensive network of C level corporate decision makers in the retail, wholesale, hospital and GPO markets and brings marketing plans, ideas and vision into reality. Brian Jacobs – Vice President
Brian has many years of experience in the bio-tech industry and is an accomplished professional who has demonstrated proven business development skills in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and vaccines. Brian is a skilled sales and marketing professional having had diverse roles including direct sales, sales management, sales training, marketing management and several years at the Director level. Brian has had several opportunities working in both Pharmacy and Hospital Trade Relations, as well as therapeutic areas including Oncology, Cardiology, Diabetes, Allergy and Pain Management. He has successfully launched numerous products in both pharmaceutical and medical device markets, with a proven 'track record' and positive outcomes.

Linda Prytula – Director
Linda is a pharmacist by profession and has spent many years utilizing her pharmacy knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry. She has served in numerous senior levels in generic companies, and has experience in marketing, business development and Government/Trade Relations. Linda has successfully launched many generic products in Canada and has navigated the Canadian system for products from pre-NOC to commercialization. Linda has tremendous expertise in generic pricing in Canada.
Linda also has held various positions in volunteer organizations, including the Ontario Pharmacist Association, where she was president in 2002 and the Canadian Foundation for Pharmacy where she was president in 2012. She continues to work with this organizations, participating on various committees.
Stephen began his career in journalism working for daily newspapers including Canada’s national paper The Globe and Mail. He held a number of editing positions including business editor and was a member of the redesign team for The Globe. In 2002, Stephen switched careers to become a communications and marketing strategist for clients in virtually all sectors, including medical and health. In his capacity as marketing strategist for 3 West Management Group, Stephen is a member of the team that is bringing leading-edge digital strategies to 3 West clients. Stephen’s marketing career over the past 15+ years means he can help direct campaigns using traditional marketing tools to initiating emerging digital strategies.
Stephen McNeill – Director of Marketing Strategies
Eric has dedicated the past few years getting a full grasp of emerging online tools, software capabilities and effective online strategies. Eric had a traditional beginning and over time achieved the level of Creative Director by working his way through various ad agencies and in-house marketing firms throughout the GTA. As a Creative Director, he has close to two decades of experience developing marketing campaigns for many high-end brands. As an expert in concept and strategy development, Eric has a proven ability to motivate, inspire and deliver superb creative work under tight deadlines.Eric’s journey took him deeper into the cyber world where he studied how technical advancements were disrupting the way we market. Responding to the changes, he strove to stay ahead of the curve and ensure clients maintain a competitive edge. Relying on his determination and drive, Eric is the principal architect of WebInsight, a proprietary program offered by 3 West Management Group.
